Submit a Tip to Whistle42

Whistle42 is the whistleblower hub of the C42 Ecosystem. Here you can report scams, abusive platforms and financial misconduct – either fully anonymous or under a registered profile that can be linked to the C42 reward program.

Two Ways to Submit Your Tip

Option 1 – Anonymous Tip (No Account)

You can submit information without logging in and without providing your name or email. Simply fill out the form below with as much detail as you can and, if you wish, upload documents.

This is the right choice if you want maximum separation between your identity and your tip. Note: Anonymous submissions cannot be linked to the C42 reward program.

Option 2 – Logged-In Tip (C42 Reward Eligible)

If you have or create a Whistle42 account and submit your tip while logged in, your submission can be linked to your profile. In selected, verified cases, this may make you eligible for a C42 program reward.

C42 is a utility token in the C42 Ecosystem – it is a form of recognition and may unlock access to selected features. It is not an investment and does not give you a share of any recoveries.

What Happens After You Submit

1. Intake & Initial Screening

We review your tip, check basic plausibility and classify it (fraud type, platforms, payment processors, jurisdictions, risk level).

2. Correlation with Claims & Patterns

Your information is matched against existing reports, ClaimBack42 cases and data from our partner platforms (e.g. FinTelegram, EFRI) to detect patterns and networks.

3. From Intelligence to Action

Verified tips can feed into warnings, case files, evidence packs for regulators and payment providers, and recovery campaigns within the C42 Ecosystem.
