How Whistle42 Works

Whistle42 is an AI-assisted Intelligence Refinery for financial crime and compliance failures. We structure tips into case-ready intelligence — and humans verify and decide what happens next.

AI-assisted structuring Human verified Consent-based follow-up
No public posting. No pressure. We do not publish raw tips one-to-one.

What makes a tip actionable

Strong tips include verifiable identifiers and evidence — not just narratives.

  • Names/entities, domains, wallet addresses, transaction hashes
  • Timeline (dates, events, what happened when)
  • Money flow hints (payment rails, PSPs, banks, exchanges)
  • Documents, screenshots, emails/messages, reference numbers
  • Internal context that helps verification (kept confidential)
Even partial information can be useful. Start with what you can safely document.

The 3-Step Process

A simple workflow — designed for whistleblower safety and usable evidence.

Submit a tip

Share what you know and (if available) evidence like documents, screenshots, wallet/transaction IDs, emails, or contracts. You can submit anonymously or with an account for safer follow-up.

Triage & verification

We structure and assess the information for verifiability, materiality, and risk. If we need clarification, we ask — and you decide whether to respond.

AI assists extraction and pattern linking. Humans verify and decide.

Actionable outcomes

Verified intelligence may be packaged into case bundles for recovery evaluation, sanitized investigative reporting, or responsible escalation — always under safety constraints.

What Happens After You Submit (24–72h)

We aim to move quickly — without compromising safety, verification discipline, or legal/risk controls.

0–24 hours
Initial intake and structuring: evidence inventory, entity extraction, basic pattern linking, and a first-pass credibility triage.
24–48 hours
Verification tasks begin: cross-check identifiers, look for duplicates, and assess materiality and risk. If clarification is needed, we may request it — consent-based.
48–72 hours
Routing decision: hold for more evidence, build a case bundle, evaluate for recovery candidacy, or prepare sanitized reporting angles.
These are targets, not guarantees. Some cases require longer verification cycles — especially if identifiers are missing.

Safety Comes First

Whistleblowing can carry risks. Protect yourself before submitting.

Before you submit

  • Avoid workplace devices/accounts if your tip involves your employer
  • Remove unnecessary personal details from screenshots/documents
  • Do not include passwords, private keys, or login credentials
  • If in doubt about legality, seek advice before disclosing

Helpful identifiers

  • Domains, emails, phone numbers, company names
  • Wallet addresses, TX hashes, exchange/PSP touchpoints
  • Contracts, invoices, receipts, reference numbers
  • Dates, timelines, names of involved persons/entities

C42 Program Recognition (Optional)

C42 is a utility token used for program recognition and access within the C42 Ecosystem — not an investment. Recognition is discretionary and milestone-based. There is no “pay-per-tip.”

What does “program recognition” mean?

In some cases, Whistle42 may grant discretionary recognition for verified, outcome-driving contributions — for example, when a tip becomes a verified lead, enables a case bundle, or materially supports a recovery or investigation workflow.

Do I receive C42 automatically when I submit a tip?

No. There is no automatic reward for submission. Recognition (if granted) is discretionary and based on verification milestones, not on volume.

Is C42 an investment or a promise of value?

No. C42 is not offered as an investment and does not grant rights to recovered funds, profits, dividends, or assets. Do not submit a tip expecting compensation.

Why not pay per tip?

Paying per submission incentivizes spam and fabricated stories, which increases risk and weakens the integrity of the refinery. Outcome-driven recognition protects whistleblowers and improves intelligence quality.

Whistle42 is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. If you are in immediate danger, contact local authorities.

Ready to submit?

Start with what you can safely document. Even partial information can be useful when it includes verifiable identifiers.
